ALEXANDRE SAMPAIO - is the Founder of The Magic Paws. He holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering (1991), a Master’s in Materials Science (1995), and an MBA in Business Management (2016). With more than ten years of experience in leadership and management, Alexandre has built his career around business strategy, operations, and the development of structured solutions.Before relocating permanently to the United States, Alexandre developed his management experience working with companies in Brazil. At The Magic Paws, his role is focused on the administrative and business side of the operation, contributing to the organization, growth, and expansion of the company’s mobile pet dental care model.Working alongside Ilanna Reisner, whose professional background includes dentistry in Brazil and dental hygiene in the United States, Alexandre brings the management and operational perspective behind The Magic Paws. His involvement with the company gives him first-hand knowledge of its service model, day-to-day operations, customer experience, and the processes developed to deliver mobile dental care to pet families.A lifelong pet lover, Alexandre found in the pet industry an opportunity to combine his entrepreneurial background with his commitment to animal well-being. Through The Magic Paws, he works to build an accessible, compassionate, and well-structured service experience that helps pet parents feel more informed and confident when caring for their animals.
